Wow where to even begin with miss Rebecca. I didn’t just hire a photographer, I found a friend! She is the sweetest and most friendly person I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. She started with taking some awesome engagement photos, got us in quickly and got the pictures back to us within 2 weeks. She replies to emails within the same day, though she’s personable enough just to message on Facebook! One thing I loved is that she kept in touch after the wedding, giving us a Que of which weddings were next on her list, when she started with ours, and even shared photos as she went so we got to see what she was currently working on. Becky is THE BEST photographer! She worked with us well before our big day so that she was able to come fully prepared and organized the day of. Her fun personality made us feel incredibly comfortable on a day where we were definitely feeling a little anxious about having all eyes on us. We got married on a very snowy day in January and Becky even trudged through at least 6 inches of snow to get some incredible outdoor shots of us. From the first email to the final USB delivery, Rebecca was personable, professional, and everything we could have hoped for! We didn't get a chance to meet her before our wedding day, but she made it so easy to plan everything and quickly acquainted herself with the venue (she had never been to) and the large extended family that was pointing her in all directions! For a small travel fee she was more than willing to travel to our venue which was almost an hour away. She came prepared and her second shooter was wonderful as well. She took so many pictures of us but also squeezed in some time later in the night to do couple photos with most of our bridal party (which I didn't even know about until I got the photos back). It made me so so happy to see that she took the time to get personal photos of those closest to us 💜 I can not recommend her more and the personalized USB and case will always hold a special place in our hearts! She also does ton of mini shoots in her studio near Kalamazoo, Michigan. So even if you are looking for family photos or a pregnancy announcements, she is your gal! I could legitimately write a novel about how FANTASTIC Becky is. I'll try my hardest, but honestly, words cannot describe it. I had a very long relationship with my (now) husband before we got engaged, and a long engagement. I had plenty of time to be selective with who I chose to take our photos and over the years I had looked at multiple possible photographers. When I saw Becky's work, let me tell you, no joke, I stopped considering anyone else for the task. I knew Becky was going to be it for us. I messaged Becky and she was ALL for it. She really shines through with her passion and she's always equally as excited to share these moments with her clients! Becky was amazing. She and I have worked on other specific shoots together but wedding related, she did all of our engagement and wedding photos. Because we had a 2 year engagement, she and I collaborated on doing a 4 season shoot over a course of a year! The willingness and the dedication to editing and just how long all of it takes her -- she astounds me! She really does! She goes above and beyond for her clients and her work is no freaking joke. She creates the most stunning shots. She looks at the small details and the tiny fleeting moments that some might miss, and will certainly forget about in the midst of a busy day. She really does take the time to capture all those moments. I look back on galleries and I think to myself "HOW DID SHE EVEN GET THIS SHOT?!" I know why, because she's a freaking wizard! Haha. Becky is a photographer that VERY quickly becomes a close friend, family even! She is so insanely kind, sweet, and hilarious. We have spent so much time together that I trust her with our moments, because I know she never takes it for granted. You can't go wrong with choosing Becky. Rebecca captured our engagement and wedding photos, and both sets are perfect! She is so sweet & friendly, which makes working with her a joy. She was happy to accommodate our dog into the engagement photos and they turned out better than I could have expected (particularly with our little rascal). I can not recommend Rebecca enough! She has done my engagement pictures, boudoir photos, my friend’s baby’s lemon bath photos, and my wedding. But let me tell you about each one. When we went to her for our engagement pictures it was my first time getting professionally photographed, she made me so comfortable the pictures turned out AMAZING even with my unphotogenic-ness. Boudoir was the same, the level of comfortability Rebecca provides for her clients is unmatched, she will do anything to get the perfect shot (and that includes yelling weird things to get a genuine smile ). The most amazing thing about Rebecca is that when Covid ruined our big day, she worked with us so much to make sure we got exactly what we needed, in a time of stressful rescheduling not having to worry about the photographer was the best.
